Prior to arriving in Dallas, Blasko served as the assistant offensive line coach in Cleveland (2019), after working in Green Bay for three seasons, including the final two as assistant offensive line coach.
Blasko coached collegiately for eight years, starting with a three-year stint (2008-10) as a graduate assistant at the University of Akron. He then spent time at the University of Florida as an offensive quality control coach in 2011, followed by stops at the University of Kansas (2012-14) and the University of Pennsylvania (2015) as a tight ends coach with both schools.
To start his coaching career, Blasko worked at the high school level for six seasons, serving as an offensive assistant at Steel Valley in Munhall, Pa., (2002-05) and as an offensive assistant at Bethel Park, Pa. (2006-07).
