The Seattle Seahawks will play the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 60 on Feb. 8. News broke recently that the NFC West champs will be up for sale after the game. The team has been owned by the estate of Paul Allen, who passed away from complications of non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2018. Since, there been interest in what the ownership of the team would look like. ESPN reported negotiations have taken place at the ownership and league levels. The belief is the team, which has a valuation of 14th among the 32 NFL franchises, could go for between $7 and $8 billion. How much have teams gone for the last time they were sold?
