Former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is in the spotlight this week after leading the New England Patriots to the Super Bowl in his first season at the helm.
Vrabel is a hard-nosed coach who was surprisingly fired by the Titans after the 2023 season, and his unceremonious departure is widely debated among fans, with many steadfastly wanting him still roaming the sidelines at Nissan Stadium. For many, this Super Bowl run has hit hard.
Now in his final stretch before the big game, Vrabel was asked if he had any advice for new Titans head coach Robert Saleh, and as usual, his response was short and to the point.
“I know Robert will be a good coach. He’s got a lot of energy, there are many great people out there, and I know that Robert is going to give it his all.”
While there wasn’t a lot of advice in his comments, they did point out a theme that has been echoed by Saleh and others during this coaching carousel: “There are many great people” within the organization.

This may not mean much now, given the team’s three dismal seasons, but with the foundation in place, better days could be on the horizon.
