Year 1 under the Jagaurs’ new leadership trio of James Gladstone, Tony Bosseli, and Liam Coen was a resounding success.

With a new culture in place, a reshaped roster, and different offensive and defensive schemes implemented, the Jaguars went from four wins in 2024 to 13 wins this past year. This included winning the AFC South title.
