Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud appeared to get a new hairdo – shedding the dreads he had for years after his third NFL season came to an end.
Stroud was coming off an embarrassing loss in the AFC Divisional round game where his five turnovers against the New England Patriots resulted in his team’s elimination.
Now, the Ohio State product appears to have undergone a complete hair transformation by ditching his dreads.
Stroud was recorded cutting off his signature locs before going with a totally different hair style.
The finished product showed the 24-year-old with a higher and tighter cut – including a taper fade on the sides of his head.
Fans were stunned by the new look with some saying the quarterback looked unrecognizable.
