Team owners met in Eagan, Minnesota this week to consider a number of potential rule changes.

An official vote was taken on banning the play that the Philadelphia Eagles have perfected.
But the vote failed to reach the 75 per cent required for change.
And rule changes need at least 24 of the 32 teams to agree.
One switch that was made for 2025 was to hit HBO show Hard Knocks.
The NFL changed the criteria for teams that can appear on the documentary.
Hard Knocks has aired since 2001 and follows an NFL team through training camp.
Teams that made the playoffs the previous season used to be ineligible to appear.
But that rule has been scrapped and this year’s team has been confirmed.
Hard Knocks will follow the Buffalo Bills through training camp.

Bills training camp dates have yet to be announced by the team.
But Hard Knocks will premiere in early August with episodes right up until Week 1 of the season in September.
The Bills suffered a heartbreaking end to their 2024 campaign.
They were edged out 32-29 by the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game at Arrowhead Stadium.
Teams with a first-year head coach are still ineligible to appear on Hard Knocks.

And franchises that have been featured in the past eight seasons are also exempt.
The Hard Knocks franchise has expanded in recent years to include in-season and off-season versions.
Hard Knocks In-Season will follow the entire NFC East division in 2025, it was also confirmed.
The Kansas City Chiefs are also releasing a documentary this fall.
ESPN cameras followed the team through the entire 2024 season for a six-part series.
