If the Colts do find success and make it to the playoffs, then GM Chris Ballard could look to bring some of these key contributors back.

Given that Buckner is 33, Stewart is 34, and Moore is 32, the Colts may choose to see how this season unfolds and wait until next offseason before deciding to commit to either of these players long term, considering where they are at in their careers.

This offseason, Pittman is a cut candidate, while Richardson could end up traded.

It’s hard to envision the Colts moving on from Downs, even if a new GM takes over, but I wouldn’t expect any new deal to be discussed until next offseason.
