SANTA CLARA, Calif. (WVLT) – We’re now just days away from the biggest NFL game of the year. Here’s everything you need to know about who’s playing, performing and how to watch.
When and where is Super Bowl LX?
The 2026 Super Bowl will be held on Sunday, February 8, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Levi’s Stadium is home to the San Francisco 49ers.
What teams will be playing?
The NFL playoffs determined who ended up at Levi’s Stadium for Super Bowl LX. Fourteen teams — seven in the National Football Conference (NFC) and seven in the American Football Conference (AFC) — battled it out in their respective conference championships to earn a spot to play in the big game in California.
The AFC teams were the Broncos, Steelers, Texans, Jaguars, Bills, Patriots, and Chargers. The NFC teams included the Seahawks, Panthers, Rams, Eagles, 49ers, Bears, and Packers.
The playoffs narrowed down the field to four teams: Patriots, Broncos, Rams, and Seahawks.
On January 25, only two teams remained: the Patriots and Seahawks, who are now set to face off in California.
Who will be headlining the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show?
This year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner is Grammy Award-winning Latin artist Bad Bunny.
“What I’m feeling goes beyond myself,” the Puerto Rican artist said when the headliner was announced. “It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown … this is for my people, my culture, and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL.”
The NFL said that Charlie Puth, Brandi Carlile and Coco Jones will serve as pregame entertainment. On Sunday, the NFL announced that Green Day will also perform during the opening ceremony.
