Former Tennessee Titans tight end to be featured in Super Bowl commercial

  • February 8, 2026

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Keep an eye out for former Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker on your screens this afternoon.

Walker will make an appearance on televisions across the world in a Super Bowl commercial for prostate cancer screening.

He will be featured among current and former NFL tight ends in the commercial for Novartis, according to the Tennessee Titans.

The group of players will be shown relaxing, doing yoga, lounging in a pool and painting. Walker will appear in a hammock in the commercial.

“We just really want to stop the stigma on what people think of a cancer screening,” Walker said. “Guys my age, 40 and up, when you think about prostate cancer they think of rectal exams. With this campaign, we are just trying to get people to understand it is as easy as a blood test, and that is where the campaign ‘Relax, it’s a blood test’ comes from.”

The campaign hit close to home for Walker, according to the Tennessee Titans, because his father-in-law died from prostate cancer.

“I am thankful to be a part of it and get the message out,” Walker told his former team. “If he had caught it earlier, maybe we could have prevented it from happening. But that’s the message, to try and catch it early. If you can catch it early, you can prevent it from taking your life.”

Walker said that if they can get more people talking about prostate cancer screenings and being more health conscious in 2026, then they will have done their jobs.
