BEST WAY IS DOWNLOAD OUR APP. INDEED, YOU CAN ALREADY SEE IT’S RAINING A LITTLE BIT HERE. OUR CAMERA SHOWING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER RIGHT NOW. YOU CAN SEE BACK IN THE BACKGROUND. BUT YES, SOME SPOTS. STILL NOT SEEING ANYTHING AT ALL. SO THIS IS WHAT’S ON RADAR. I’VE ALSO GOT THE TEMPERATURES ON HERE FOR YOU AS WELL. A BIG DIFFERENCE. NORTH SHORE, SOUTH SHORE, NORTH SHORE. LOOKING AT THE MID 80S. MID TO UPPER 80S. SOUTH SHORE A COUPLE OF MID 80S IN THERE. LOWER 80S TO BUT A COUPLE SPOTTY SHOWERS HERE AND THERE. GOT TO GO REALLY CLOSE IN ORDER TO FIND THEM. SO RIGHT OVER METAIRIE PORTIONS OF NEW ORLEANS. GENTILLY OUT IN THE EAST AS WELL. SO WE’RE SEEING THE SPOTTY ACTIVITY NOW POPPING UP, COUPLE STRIKES OF LIGHTNING AS WELL, A LITTLE BIT ON THE NORTH SHORE TO JUST NORTH OF PEARLINGTON RIGHT NOW. SO YOU DO HAVE MORE HEADING TOWARDS YOU OUT LAKE CATHERINE. SO IF YOU’RE GOING TO BE ON THE WATER THIS WEEKEND AS WELL, THAT’S ALSO A HEADS UP. SO WE’RE GOING TO GET SOME SPOTTY SHOWERS HERE AND THERE. SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR LIGHTNING. HOUMA YOU’RE ALSO SEEING SOME SPOTTY SHOWER IN YOUR DIRECTION. SO ZOOMING THIS OUT SOME YOU CAN SEE THE TIMING OF THIS LIKELY GOING TO BE FOR THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON. SO JUST GOING TO CONTINUE TO SEE THIS BUBBLE UP, ESPECIALLY AS WE CONTINUE TO GET THE HEATING OF THE DAY. NORTH SHORE LIKELY GOING TO GET SOME SHOWERS A LITTLE BIT LATER ON FOR THE EVENING, BUT JUST BE PREPARED IF YOU’RE ABOUT TO HEAD OUT NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. JUST KNOW YOU COULD RUN INTO SOME SHOWERS. NOW, BY THE TIME WE GET TO ABOUT 7:00 8:00, A LOT OF THAT STARTING TO MOVE OUT FOR MOST OF US. HIGHS FOR TODAY, UPPER 80S, LOWER 90S, A LOT OF US VERY CLOSE TO IT. WE’RE ABOUT A COUPLE OF DEGREES OFF, BUT WE’RE ALMOST THERE. SO ANOTHER HOT DAY IS IN EFFECT. AND YES, YOU KNOW. IT’S FELT A LOT MUGGY TOO. SO YESTERDAY WAS OUR LAST PRETTY COMFORTABLE DAY TODAY. YOU FELT THAT THIS MORNING YOU STEPPED OUTSIDE FOR THE WEEKEND. HOWEVER, MORE 90 DEGREE TEMPERATURES OR IN DECK. AND THEN WE’RE ALSO TALKING ABOUT FEELING LIKE THE MID 90S TO UPPER 90S TO MAYBE EVEN A COUPLE PLACES, FEELING LIKE THE 100. BUT LOOK AT THIS. WE DO HAVE THOSE SMALLER CHANCES FOR SHOWERS IN THERE. BASICALLY, IT’S GOING TO BE SPOTTY HIT OR MISS ACROSS THE REST OF THE AREA THOUGH. EVERYBODY IS GOING TO BE ON THE HOT SIDE. STILL LOOKING AT 90S JUST TO THE NORTH OF US. JACKSON MAYBE HEADING UP TO NORTHERN LOUISIANA, LOOKING AT 90 PLUS DEGREE TEMPERATURES FOR YOU. SO EVERYBODY, NO MATTER WHERE YOU’RE GOING, STILL GOING TO BE HOT. DEW POINTS THAT PART STAYING UP FOR US TOO. AND AGAIN, YOU FELT IT THIS MORNING. I’M GOING TO REALLY FEEL IT FOR THIS WEEKEND. SO SMALLER CHANCES FOR SHOWERS. VERY POSSIBLE FOR US AS WE’RE HEADING INTO SATURDAY. SO WHAT I’M SAYING IS IT’S NOT GOING TO BE AN ALL DAY WASHOUT FOR THE WEEKEND. IT’S JUST JUST MAYBE YOU HAVE TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY. WE GET TO MONDAY. WE DO HAVE A CHANCE FOR SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT PASS BY. I THINK THE BULK OF IT MAY STAY JUST TO THE NORTH OF US. AND THEN AFTER THAT, WE’RE EXPECTING TO SEE PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. BUT HERE’S A LOOK AT THE REST OF THE WDSU. FIRST WARNING SEVEN DAY FO
