Baltimore finished with an 8-9 record in 2025, its worst record since 2021, and missed the playoffs for the second time in eight years. That, as well as some potential disconnect between Harbaugh and some key players, led to the Ravens moving on from the veteran head coach and hiring Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter — who also spent four seasons with the team between 2017 and 2020,” Valentine wrote.Â
