The Atlanta Falcons will enter the 2026 NFL Draft without a first-round pick due to last year’s trade with the Los Angeles Rams. The Falcons moved up to select Tennessee edge rusher James Pearce Jr. with the 26th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

While the gamble initially paid off for Atlanta, Pearce’s recent arrest has put his NFL future in jeopardy. So, not only will the Falcons have to navigate the upcoming draft without a first-round pick, they may have to find a replacement for Pearce.
