GLENDALE — The Arizona Cardinals have reportedly finalized their coordinator positions for next season, with a familiar face expected to remain with the team despite former head coach Jonathan Gannon’s departure.

According to senior NFL reporter Albert Breer, head coach Mike LaFleur will retain Nick Rallis as defensive coordinator.
LaFleur, who was hired last month to replace Gannon, has faced many of the typical decisions that come with being a first-year head coach — whether to overhaul the staff or maintain some continuity. It appears he’s doing a bit of both, keeping at least one coordinator who has already been with the organization.
The other coordinator positions have also been filled, with Nathaniel Hackett taking over offensive duties and Michael Ghobrial handling special teams.

Rallis’ retention suggests LaFleur values familiarity on defense while overseeing a broader offensive revamp.
Many Cardinals fans have already shared their thoughts on the new coaching staff and what they hope the group can bring to an organization seeking consistency.

With LaFleur’s staff now in place for next season, all eyes will be on their performance and whether they can lift Arizona out of a few struggle-filled seasons and guide the team back to success.
