Last season, Taylor served as the passing game coordinator for the Bears. He previously was the Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator from 2022-24.
“Taylor enters his second season with Chicago after joining the Bears in 2025 as Pass Game Coordinator,” Chicagobears.com wrote. “Last season, Taylor helped lead a passing attack that featured QB Caleb Williams setting a franchise single-season record with 3,942 passing yards in the regular season, adding a 361-yard passing performance in the NFC Wild Card Round win over Green Bay, a single-game club record in the postseason.
“The Bears culminated the regular season with 441 points scored, third-most in a single season in franchise history.”
Taylor coached under both Chip Kelly and Doug Pederson with the Eagles. From 2013-15, he served as an offensive quality control coach in Philadelphia.
He became assistant quarterbacks coach on Pederson’s first staff in 2016. Taylor held that role when the Eagles won the Super Bowl during the 2017 season.
