At least one national sportsbook doesn’t have a whole lot of faith in the Las Vegas Raiders making big strides in the standings despite all the positive changes this offseason.

DraftKings posted 2026 NFL season-win totals for all 32 teams Wednesday and set the Raiders at 5.5, shaded heavily to the under at -140.

Only the Dolphins and Cardinals, both at 4.5, have lower projections for next season.

The Raiders finished tied for the worst record in the league in 2025 at 3-14, but have delivered optimism to the fanbase with new coach Klint Kubiak and his Super Bowl-winning offense and a No. 1 pick that could produce Heisman Trophy and national championship-winning Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza.

General manager John Spytek is also armed with a vault of space under the salary cap to improve the roster.

Still, the betting market has doubts.

The New York Jets also sit at 5.5, though the under is only shaded to -125.

One of the major obstacles for the Raiders is the perceived strength of their division with each of the three other teams sitting with win totals above .500.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers sit atop the AFC West projections at 10.5, while the reigning division champion Denver Broncos are at 9.5.
