In 2025, the NFC West was a powerhouse — that is, with the exception of the Arizona Cardinals. The LA Rams, Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers all won 12 or more games. All three made the playoffs and won postseason games. The Seahawks are Super Bowl champions.
The Cardinals went 3-14.
Expectations are similar for the 2026 season, based on projected win totals released on Wednesday by DraftKings Sportsbook.
2026 NFL projected win totals and the NFC West
The Cardinals have the lowest projected win total in the league, tied with the Miami Dolphins. The other three teams all have their projected win total in doubel digits.

Here are the totals and odds for each team.
LA Rams: Over 10.5 wins (-140), Under 10.5 wins (+115)Seattle Seahawks: Over 10.5 wins (-130), Under 10.5 wins (+110)San Francisco 49ers: Over 10.5 wins (+125), Under 10.5 wins (-150)Arizona Cardinals: Over 4.5 wins (-110), Under 4.5 wins (-110)
While the Rams, Seahawks and Niners all have the same projected win total, the odds give the expectations. The Rams -140 odds for the Over make them the most likely to win more than 10 games, followed just behind by the Seahawks. Both teams are expected to be more likely to win at least 11 games than 10 or fewer.
Meanwhile, the 49ers are viewed as more likely to win 10 or fewer games.
The Cardinals have even odds to win five or more or four or fewer.
49ers linebacker Fred Warner once joked about how the NFC West looks. It is the meme of the four dragons with three looking fierce, while one has googly eyes and a tongue stuck out.
