After missing the playoffs for an eighth consecutive season, the Atlanta Falcons decided it was time to change up their uniforms. The team plans to unveil its new uniform design sometime in April and fans have been obsessing over the different possibilities.
Will the Falcons create a new logo? Which helmets will the team wear? How many different color variations will there be?

While we won’t know the answers to these questions until the official release, the NFL’s unofficial uniform insider, Zach Cohen, claims to have seen the team’s new red jersey design. According to Cohen, the primary helmets will be black with black facemasks, while the logo is expected to remain the same.
Cohen teamed up with digital artist “The Graphic God” to recreate a mockup of the team’s red uniforms (see below).
Falcons fans have been calling for the team to wear its red throwback helmets full time, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Meanwhile, the reaction to the leaked red uniform design has been mixed at best. Let’s see what the fans had to say about the mockup.
