The construction of NFL legend Tom Brady’s lavish new home in Miami appears to be complete.

Photos surfaced of Brady’s $150 million, 25,000-square-foot waterfront compound on Indian Creek Island, which is also known as “Billionaire Bunker.”

Mary K. Jacob of the New York Post described “Billionaire Bunker” as “one of the most tightly guarded pieces of land in America.” Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg are among the celebrities who also reside on the island.

Moving to the waterfront property allowed Brady to expand his marine collection, which now includes a reported $6.5 million speedboat and two Yamaha WaveRunners valued at $20,000 each.

Jacob noted that Brady and his then-wife Gisele Bündchen purchased the property in 2020 for about $17 million and tore down the existing home to build a new one. After their divorce in 2022, Brady reportedly “scrapped aspects of the initial design.” Records reportedly showed that the 48-year-old transferred the initial deed into a brand new trust in December and took out a $35 million loan to fund construction costs.

“Floor plans previously obtained by The Post showed generous entertaining spaces, a dramatic double-height living area, multiple bedroom suites, staff quarters and extensive indoor-outdoor transitions,” Jacob explained. “The design allows nearly every major room to open toward the bay. Outdoor living areas appear substantial, with covered lounges on both upper and lower levels.”

Brady’s new digs are surely fit for one of the greatest NFL quarterbacks of all time, so he will certainly enjoy his bachelor pad when he moves in.
