The City of Cincinnati has filed a lawsuit against a downtown bar, alleging it has been a public disruption.City officials alleged that the In Between Tavern has become a repeat source of violence incidents and illegal activities.Back in October, a deadly shooting occurred outside the bar, in the 300 block of Sycamore Street, after a Cincinnati Bengals game.
