Former New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator and new Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak isn’t quite finished plucking from his former staff in New Orleans. Shortly after hiring one of his close friends, former Saints quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko, as Las Vegas’ offensive coordinator, Kubiak has turned his attention to another familiar face. Minnesota Vikings assistant offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Jordan Traylor has been requested to interview for the Raiders’ quarterbacks coach position.

Traylor spent six seasons in New Orleans as an offensive assistant from 2019 to 2024, helping develop the Saints’ quarterback room and gaining valuable experience within multiple offensive systems. In 2025, he joined the Vikings, where he continued working closely with quarterbacks while learning under respected head coach and offensive mind Kevin O’Connell.

At just 33 years old, Traylor appears to be ascending quickly through the coaching ranks. A move to Las Vegas under Kubiak would not only reunite him with a familiar voice but could further accelerate his rise as one of the league’s up-and-coming offensive assistants.
