As the Pittsburgh Steelers prepare for free agency, there are more than a few positions to address this offseason, which may include finding a replacement for veteran left guard Isaac Seumalo.

With Seumalo set to become a free agent, one intriguing option the Steelers could target is a guard who’s spent the past seven seasons with the Cleveland Browns — Wyatt Teller.

Fit with Steelers offense

Teller has been a consistent force on Cleveland’s offensive line since 2019 and is one of the league’s better run-blocking guards. While Teller has played primarily at right guard, he does have starting experience at left guard as well — which could be an ideal fit for Pittsburgh.

The veteran offensive lineman already admitted that he’d be leaving Cleveland in free agency, positioning himself as one of the top guards available.

Contract prediction

To bring Teller to the bright side of the AFC North, the Steelers would likely need to eclipse his Spotrac-projected average annual value of $10.1 million, potentially signing him to a three-year, $33 million contract.
