The Ravens have one of the NFL’s most talented rosters, but they rebuilt the entire coaching staff after parting ways with John Harbaugh following 18 years as the team’s head coach. Jesse Minter was hired as his replacement, and his first coaching staff is loaded with talent and versatile backgrounds.
General Manager Eric DeCosta, Minter, and the Ravens’ top scouts will head to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis this week to get a close look at some of the top prospects in April’s draft.

While there are holes at key positions, landing a center and two offensive guards could be on the menu after a dismal performance in 2025 from the interior positions. Daniel Faalele is a free agent and should depart, while Andrew Vorhees is a cut candidate. In 969 snaps, Vorhees allowed three sacks, and his 54.6 grade from PFF was 60th out of 81 offensive guards. Rookie Emery Jones Jr. spent most of the season rehabbing a shoulder injury, but he only had a 50+ PFF grade in the three games he was active.
DeCosta has talked about Jones Jr. earning one of the offensive guard spots, but the plan should be to add multiple players at the position as Baltimore ushers in a new era.
