High school football receiver Chris Henry Jr. got a Cincinnati Bengals-themed tattoo as a tribute to his late father, former Bengals receiver Chris Henry Sr.

Henry, rated ESPN’s No. 1 receiving recruit in the class of 2026, is committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes. Henry attends Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California, but he previously attended West Clermont High School and Withrow High School.

Henry Sr. spent his entire five-season NFL career with the Bengals from 2005 to 2009.

In 2021, former Bengals defensive back and kick returner Adam “Pacman” Jones said he officially adopted his former West Virginia University teammate Chris Henry’s sons, Chris Jr. and DeMarcus.

Jones joined the Bengals in May 2010, about six months after Henry died when he fell out of the back of a pickup truck in North Carolina.
