The Baltimore Ravens currently hold the 14th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, which will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. New head coach Jesse Minter will be in the draft room as well, and he’s already familiar with how Baltimore approaches draft night.

While speaking at the NFL Combine, Minter was asked what he looks for in a draft prospect:

“Yes, great question. No. 1 is production, and I think there’s a size, speed, and length element, kind of a requirement. There may be guys that maybe are an inch or two shorter, but then they bring something else really above the level. So, there’s a really wide variety of guys this year that have been really productive; some that are in their third and fourth year, some that are in their fifth and sixth year [with] the way college works now. So, I feel like there’ll be a lot of guys in the draft that could potentially help in that regard.”

Holding the 14th pick gives Baltimore a real opportunity to land an immediate contributor, especially if the board falls their way. Production, size, and traits will matter, but fit inside the culture will matter just as much. With Minter now in the room and the franchise entering a new era, this year’s draft feels like more than just another selection at No. 14. It’s a chance to add a foundational piece that can help shape what the next version of the Ravens looks like.
