There’s long been anticipation for Oregon Ducks tight end Kenyon Sadiq‘s performance at the NFL Combine — and it didn’t disappoint in the slightest.

Duck fans know of Sadiq’s explosiveness and leaping ability, as he made difficult catches look routine in 2025 on his way to leading the nation in touchdown catches by a tight end with eight. His blocking was also excellent, showing off his pure strength, versatility and lower body power.

While other Ducks such as Bryce Boettcher and Jadon Canady opted out of the on-field agility testing, Sadiq and Dillon Thieneman decided to participate. Both stood out, with Sadiq quite possibly moving himself even further up draft boards after long having established himself as the TE1 in the 2026 draft class.

Oh, and Sadiq reportedly killed it off the field, with NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo being told that Sadiq’s interview was “the best interview I’ve ever had.”

All in all, it was a nice day to say the least for the Ducks tight end. Let’s check out each of his exact times and measurements and how they relate to the rest of the tight end field.

Time: 4.39 seconds

Rank at Position: 1st

Sadiq blew away the competition in the 40-yard dash, with the next closest tight end being SMU tight end RJ Maryland at 4.51 seconds. Wide receivers run the 40-yard dash on Saturday, and seeing where Sadiq’s time lands among them will be an intriguing gauge of his speed related to all the pass catchers in the draft. But in terms of tight ends at the combine, Sadiq’s mark of 4.39 seconds is the fastest since 2003.

Once again, Sadiq was significantly above the rest of the tight ends in this category. The next closest tight end was Texas’ Jack Endries and Vanderbilt’s Eli Stowers at 1.59 seconds, with a bevy of other tight ends around that mark as well.

Official Measurement: 43.5 inches

Make no mistake, Sadiq being second in the vertical jump is nothing to be ashamed of. Stowers took first place, measuring in with 45.5-inch vertical — the best mark by a tight end at the combine since 2003. Both players can go up and get the football.

Stowers took the cake in broad jump as well, coming in at 11’3″. The two were well above the rest of the tight end field, as Wyoming’s John Michael Gyllenborg was the next closest in broad jump but was five inches less than Sadiq.
