Before the new NFL season opens on Monday, when the negotiation window for free agents begins, everyone wants to know one thing: Where will Maxx Crosby play football in 2026?

The electric, charismatic defensive end was one of the lone bright spots on the Las Vegas Raiders last year.

But the Raiders are in full rebuild mode, with the No. 1 overall pick in April’s NFL Draft, and Crosby doesn’t appear to be part of their long-term plans.

Crosby wants to play for a winner and have a chance to make it to the Super Bowl, and a trade might be on the horizon, after already seeing two blockbuster trades this week around Trent McDuffie and DJ Moore.

While the Dallas Cowboys have lurked as a possible destination for the destructive EDGE, they aren’t the favorites to acquire the superstar.

Earlier this week, per Kalshi, the prediction website, Crosby staying with the Raiders was actually leading the odds.

But following those two marquee trades and earlier news on Thursday that the Raiders seem poised to make a move, a new team has emerged as a heavy favorite to land Crosby.

After trading away DJ Moore, the Bears now have an extra second-round pick in their arsenal to make some major moves, and have rocketed to the top as the favored landing spot for the Raiders’ kingpin on the defensive line.

At the time of writing this piece, the Bears have a 40% chance per Kalshi to land Crosby. Behind Chicago are the Philadelphia Eagles (13%), the Cowboys (11%), the Los Angeles Rams (7%), and the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks (7%).
