The Atlanta Falcons are signing former Houston Texans linebacker Christian Harris in one of their latest free agency moves, as was first reported by Cameron Wolfe of the NFL Network.
Harris, the former No. 75 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, finished out the 2025 season with 11 combined tackles and one pass breakup. During his four seasons in Houston, Harris amassed 206 total tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, and one interception.
While the 25-year-old primarily played on special teams last season, he started 23 total games over his first two years in Houston. Harris can help replace Kaden Elliss, assuming the Falcons don’t re-sign the veteran linebacker in free agency.
It will be interesting to see how Harris takes his career to the next level in Atlanta as he looks to bounce back from a career-low 11 tackles in 2025.
