It’s not enough that the Los Angeles Rams have two former Chiefs cornerbacks on their roster. Jaylen Watson wants a third in L.A.
After the Tennessee Titans cut L’Jarius Sneed on Friday, Watson began recruiting him to the Rams – on social media, at least. He posted a photo of himself with Sneed and Trent McDuffie after their Super Bowl win, tagging Sneed in the post as a way to encourage him to sign with the Rams.
Sneed is being released by the Titans after two rough seasons in Tennessee, playing just 12 games after signing a four-year, $76.4 million deal in 2024 following a trade to the Titans.
Though the release isn’t official yet, the Titans are cutting him to save $11.4 million in cap space. He’ll become a free agent after the move goes through, allowing him to sign with any team.
Sneed and Watson played two years together in Kansas City in 2022, along with fellow teammate McDuffie.
