To say the Tennessee Titans have been active in free agency would be an understatement. But the big question is whether or not the moves have been beneficial and will help them take a step forward in 2026.
For the most part, those outside the organization have given positive reviews of their signings, and even though there are still some holes on the roster, the Titans appear to be moving in the right direction, although some like Dalton Wasserman from Pro Football Focus (PFF) wonder if they will be able to put it all together like he points out in their latest power rankings.
27. Tennessee Titans
The Titans were among the most active teams in free agency, spending a league-high $311 million in total contract value on 15 new additions, including numerous players with previous experience playing under new head coach Robert Saleh and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll. While the cost value may be up for debate with some of the acquisitions, the aggressive moves undoubtedly added talent to a roster in dire need of it at multiple positions. Now, the question is, can they put it all together?
The Titans have gone an unconventional route in rebuilding their roster and are banking on the familiarity between coaches and newly signed players to help speed the process as the staff gets to work. Yes, this is a risk, but if general manager Mike Borgonzi can land another solid draft class, it could pay off.
