Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has been all over the place so far this offseason, popping up at NFL and plenty of non-NFL events.
A fun way to look at things? Burrow is sending a little message that he’s locked in for next season.
That’s something floated recently by former player Rodney McLeod during an appearance on Good Morning Football.
“It doesn’t seem like he’s taken a break since the season ended. He got that call to the Pro Bowl and he’s just climbed,” McLeod said. “He’s been putting us on notice. “

Here’s a funny way to look at things, too: Burrow showed up late to the Pro Bowl, almost as if the NFL called in a favor for its flailing All-Star game. And now he was at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic, almost acting as an ambassador of sorts for the league.
Thinking outside the box here, what if Burrow’s becoming an ambassador and face of the NFL in hopes of a call or two here and there from referees that he might not normally get? Or perhaps it swings a primetime or international game appearance for his Bengals?
Just a thought. Burrow said he wants to have fun with football…and very clearly is. And he certainly looks locked in. The other possible benefits don’t hurt, either.
