The Alabama Crimson Tide hosted its annual Pro Day on Wednesday, with the Tide’s NFL draft hopefuls showcasing their talents in front of NFL teams one final time at the Mal Moore Athletic Complex. Among them was first-round hopeful Kadyn Proctor, who spent the last three seasons as the Crimson Tide’s starting left tackle. Proctor only missed two games due to injury during his time with the Crimson Tide.

Â
Proctor allowed just two sacks during the 2025 regular season, according to PFF, and had just two penalties called on him during his junior campaign with the Crimson Tide. Proctor is viewed as a potential first-round pick in April’s NFL draft, and his performance on Wednesday continued to generate buzz around his name in the draft process.
Â
Proctor will likely have numerous teams interested in meeting him, especially after Wednesday’s performance. Field Yates of ESPN reports that Proctor has several visits lined up, including one with the four-time Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs later this week.
Â
Â
Proctor isn’t the only former Alabama player to schedule meetings this week. Former Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson also has a private workout scheduled with the New York Jets on Friday, according to Field Yates.
Â
Proctor measured 6-foot-7 and 352 pounds at the NFL combine in February, where he ran a 5.21 40-yard dash and completed 25 reps on the bench press. Proctor jumped 32.5 inches on the vertical jump and 9-feet-1-inch on the broad jump at the combine.
Â
He worked with representatives from the Cincinnati Bengals and the Minnesota Vikings during Wednesday’s Pro Day, where he showcased his power and athleticism in front of scouts from all 32 NFL teams.
