The Washington Commanders recently teased the unveiling of new uniforms on social media, and the reveal is scheduled for April 15th.

The video starts with a van pulling up outside the facility, placing a Nike box and a Riddell box on a dolly, and wheeling them inside with a few Easter eggs included. The gentleman wheels the boxes past the classic Redskins uniforms and a couple of Super Bowl trophies.

It is widely expected that the Commanders will return to burgundy jerseys with white pants, as in the Super Bowl era.

The Commanders started the new hype immediately after Super Bowl LX ended, posting the message “A new journey begins.”

Speculation is that the “W” will remain, but it could include an old-school spear or stripes to go along with it. Rumors have also swirled that the Commanders could eventually return to being the Redskins in the future as well.
