WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – The famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will be making a stop in Wichita Falls on their Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Live! tour.
Featured on Netflix’s “AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders,” the National Football League dancing squad has scheduled stops throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas in April to meet fans, showcase live auditions and host Q&A sessions.
“We really want to be able to take the spirit of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and the Dallas Cowboys as well, to every corner of our beautiful state of Texas,” said Cowboys cheerleader Parker Kilpatrick. “And not only do we want to be able to bring the excitement of a game day to perform some of our classic routines like “Thunderstruck” or “Baby I’m a Star,” but to also showcase some of our other strengths as dancers.“
One unique goal of the cheerleaders is to cater to women hoping to be on the team someday. The cheerleaders aim to accomplish this through hosting the live auditions, hoping to provide inspiration. Women who are interested can also use the Q&A sessions as a way of learning more about what they can do to help their chances of making the team.
The squad will be coming to the Kay Yeager Coliseum on Friday, April 17 and begin their show at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
