The Miami Dolphins, with a new head coach and general manager running the show, are allowed to start their offseason program before teams with returning coaches for the 2026 season.
On Friday, the NFL announced the key dates for teams offseason programs, and for the Dolphins, their first day will be Tuesday, April 7.

After that, they’ll have voluntary minicamp from April 21-23 and organized team activities (OTAs) from May 18-19, May 21, May 26-27, May 29, June 8-9 and June 11. They’ll also hold their mandatory minicamp from June 2-4.
This will be our first chance to get looks at Jon-Eric Sullivan and Jeff Hafley’s team, as they prepare for a new season in South Florida.
