The NFL has announced the offseason workout schedule for all 32 teams, including the Indianapolis Colts.

The first day of the offseason program for the Colts is scheduled for April 21st. Organized team activities (OTAs) will be held on May 26-27, May 29, June 1-2, and June 4.

Mandatory minicamp will then be June 9-11.

The priority this offseason for the Colts was to retain Daniel Jones and Alec Pierce, which the team was able to do.

Jones is still working his way back from an Achilles injury, but the belief internally is that the success that Jones — and therefore the rest of the offense and team had — can be replicated and sustained in 2026.

However, there have been changes made to the roster as well. GM Chris Ballard made nine outside signings in free agency, and also traded away Michael Pittman and Zaire Franklin.

Some of the question marks on the roster still lie at the linebacker position, where the Colts are short on experience. Whether or not the Colts have enough pass rush juice at defensive end is an unknown, while depth at safety, wide receiver, and along the offensive line remain needs heading into the NFL draft.
