Hood is a well-rounded defensive back, which is necessary in Macdonald’s scheme with all the disguise coverage he uses. Plus, he’s young: he’ll be 21-years-old for his entire rookie season. Hood was also the only SEC player with an interception return touchdown and a fumble return touchdown last season.
