The Detroit Lions may have only taken two players on the first two days of the 2026 NFL Draft, but they have plenty of work to do on Day 3. They enter Saturday with six remaining picks in the draft: one in the fourth round, two in the fifth round, two in the sixth round, and one in the seventh. While it will be harder to pick up game-changing talent, adding depth who can play special teams is extremely important to survive an NFL season.

In this post, we’ll provide time estimates for each of the Lions’ remaining picks based on when those selections have been made historically. This will also be a reminder of where the Lions will be picking on Day 3 of the draft.
