A Grammy award-winning rapper dined at a Cincinnati restaurant this weekend.
Kid Cudi, the Cleveland-born rapper and notable friend of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (he even has a song named after the football player), stopped at Court Street Kitchen in Downtown while in the Queen City for his Riverbend Music Center show, according to his social media.
Cudi posted a photo of what appeared to be a shot of Don Julio Tequila to his Instagram Story. A small portion of Court Street Kitchen’s menu was visible in the picture, with Cudi writing that his longtime manager Dennis Cummings was “doin’ too much ordering” him a triple shot.
The “Tequila Shots” singer brought his Rebel Ragers Tour to Riverbend Music Center on May 16. Special guests for his Cincinnati show included Big Boi, A-Trak and Chip Tha Ripper.Â

Court Street Kitchen was among Yelp’s Best New Restaurants 2025 list. The restaurant opened in early 2024 in the newly renovated Court Street Plaza, joining a string of other restaurants that bring atmosphere and variety into the heart of the city.
In 2024, Enquirer food writer Keith Pandolfi wrote the menu “casts a wide net with seafood dishes, including oysters (grilled and raw) and ceviche. The baked clams with Parmesan are particularly good. The meat-and-potato set will find quality steaks, lemon chicken and what seems to be an elevated Big Mac topped with Thousand Island dressing.”
The restaurant is located at 7 E. Court St. It has 4.6 stars with 101 reviews on Yelp and 4.8 stars with 356 reviews on Google.
