NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans Saints defensive end Cam Jordan could miss the start of the regular season as he recovers from a hamstring injury, head coach Kellen Moore said Tuesday.
Jordan did not practice Tuesday as the Saints continued training camp.
Moore said Jordan is still being evaluated and will “miss a little bit of time” because of the injury.
There is no specific timetable for Jordan’s return, but Moore said the recovery could extend into the regular season.
Moore says the Saints will be patient with Jordan as he works his way back.
