The new Disney x NFL collab pairs all 32 teams with characters. Here’s a list of them all
The most magical clothing apparel on Earth dropped this week, and it has both Disney lovers and football fans buzzing.
The Disney Fan Draft brought NFL teams and Disney characters together in a collaboration that saw all 32 professional teams paired up with someone from the wonderful world of the Disney family of brands.
The apparel, which includes T-shirts, sweatshirts and zip-up hoodies, is a hit with fanatics of the sport and appreciators of animation. While some people feel the characters assigned to their favorite team don’t quite match up well, others feel inevitable.
The Chicago Bears and Baloo from “The Jungle Book”: perfect.
The Detroit Lions and Simba from “The Lion King”: obviously.
The Kansas City Chiefs and the Big Bad Wolf — maybe.
Regardless of how some may feel about their choice, the NFL x Disney x Champion Collection is drawing attention and selling out items.
The entire Philadelphia Eagles section, which is represented by Marvel’s Doctor Doom, is already sold out. The same goes for the Dallas Cowboys, with Woody and Bullseye from Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story.”
All the items from this unique collaboration tell a story, and there’s no better storytelling company than Disney. With the NFL slate of games set to begin in less than two weeks, the football season weaves its compelling storylines over the next six months.
There’s no better way to settle in and watch it all unfold than wearing your team’s logo — along with a Disney buddy. And if the games don’t fall in your favor, you can always flip the channel to a classic Disney, Pixar or Marvel film to help pass the time until the offseason.
