It actually could have been worse.\u00a0<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the overall assessment of the Giants\u2019 final injury report of Week 3, which comes after Monday\u2019s loss to the Rams included a handful of their most important players missing all or some of the game.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In addition to QB Jaxson Dart\u2019s season-ending knee injury<\/a>, OLB Brian Burns (ankle), CB Deonte Banks (calf) and S Tyler Nubin (calf) are questionable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But Banks is expecting to play Sunday against the Titans rather than be inactive for the second straight game.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cHell, yeah,\u201d Banks told The Post. \u201cI\u2019m feeling better than last week.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The forecast isn\u2019t as optimistic for Burns, who did not participate in any practices this week but was working on the side with trainers Friday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

LT Andrew Thomas (groin) and WR Malik Nabers (shoulder) are out of the woods.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Thomas was injured on the Giants\u2019 final drive<\/a> and limped to the sideline medical tent but said he would have returned if the Rams hadn\u2019t run out the final six minutes. He was a full participant Friday after missing Thursday\u2019s practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThey held me out, I guess to give me another day to recover,\u201d Thomas said. \u201cIt was sore right after the game, but feel good today.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nabers is ready to go after an X-ray on his dislocated shoulder showed encouraging results.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not something we have to manage from a football standpoint,\u201d head coach John Harbaugh said, \u201cas far as plays or like maybe keeping him on the right side of the field or the left side of the field or something like that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nubin could be replaced by Ar\u2019Darius Washington, who has played just two defensive snaps.\u00a0<\/p>\n

DT Shelby Harris was upgraded from limited to full participation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of us are always trying to play,\u201d Thomas said. \u201cObviously, you have to put your body first. All those guys are trying to step up for Jameis [Winston]. I hate what happened to Dart.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jerry Rosburg, who is one of Harbaugh\u2019s closest friends, was at Friday\u2019s practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rosburg was the Broncos interim head coach in 2022 and specializes in special teams and game management. His daughter, Megan, is assistant to the head coach and a defensive assistant.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s visiting Megan,\u201d Harbaugh said. \u201cJerry\u2019s welcome any time. He was in our meetings today, so it\u2019s great to have him with us.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Titans \u2014 coached by former Jets and Giants head coaches Robert Saleh and Brian Daboll, respectively \u2014 practiced with wet footballs Friday to prepare for what could be torrential rain.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Giants did not.\u00a0<\/p>\n
