GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Green Bay is 1-2 to begin the year and Thursday’s night showing was as ugly as they come. Here are some numbers to break down what’s going wrong.<\/p>\n
The rushing attack has been abysmal without Josh Jacobs sidelined, and not knowing if or when he’ll be back. With MarShawn Lloyd, Chris Brooks and Kaleb Johnson, the Packers have 146 total rushing yards this season in three games.<\/p>\n
That’s the fewest they’ve had in season since 1933 according to ESPN Research:<\/p>\n
This rushing attack has averaged 48.7 rush yards per game this season, last in the NFL. The fewest for a full season by any team in the Super Bowl era is 66.4 by the 200 Chargers. The Packers finished with 17 total rush yards against the Falcons.<\/p>\n
The offensive line is another story in itself. Aaron Banks has missed two of three games, Zach Bako-Bewele is out for the season and there has been consistent shuffling on the line with rookie Jager Burton, Donovan Jennings and Jacob Monk.<\/p>\n
According to Pro Football Focus, pressures allowed by the offensive line:<\/p>\n

LG: Jager Burton: 10<\/p>\n
C: Sean Rhyan: 2<\/p>\n
RG: Jacob Monk: 6<\/p>\n
RT: Anthony Belton: 10<\/p>\n
Because of this, Jordan Love right now has the worst completion percentage in the NFL at 52.4%. That mark is the worst in the NFL since 2011 for the first three games (Min 100 ATT). On the flip side, according to Pro Football Focus, when Love has a clean pocket, he’s been outstanding:<\/p>\n

To add to the offensive line woes, according to Next Gen Stats, the Falcons recorded 15 quick pressures, second most in any game this season. The Vikings had 17 which the most in Week 1:<\/p>\n
Against the Falcons, Love had 19 snaps under pressure (third most in any game of his career) and is averaging 2.54 seconds to throw. <\/p>\n
Furthermore, there Pass Block Win Rate is just 16% which is the lowest since the stat was first tracked in 2017.<\/p>\n
Overall, Love’s grade according to Pro Football Focus has plummeted though his first three games of a season since becoming the starter.<\/p>\n
