Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.<\/p>\n My Rams vs. Broncos prediction analyzes the notable injuries for both sides and how those influence the markets, giving you my best NFL picks<\/a> for Sunday, Sept. 27.<\/p>\n If Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams thought their trip to Australia was daunting, let\u2019s see how they feel after playing in the thin air of Colorado on short rest in Week 3.<\/p>\n Los Angeles, which won on Monday, will have its early-season conditioning tested when it visits the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football. Despite that home advantage for Denver, L.A. is a slim road favorite ahead of this 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.<\/p>\n \u00a0TOP Pick Big plays \u2014 and points \u2014 will be tough to come by in Colorado.<\/p>\n The Denver Broncos<\/a> were expected to unleash quarterback Bo Nix<\/a> with offensive coordinator Davis Webb taking over playcalling. Yet, we\u2019ve seen a lot of the same from this conservative passing game.<\/p>\n Nix may have to shoulder the load on SNF, as running backs J.K. Dobbins<\/a> and R.J. Harvey<\/a> are hurting. Their health goes a long way toward determining how the\u00a0Los Angeles Rams<\/a> attack Nix, prompting Webb to rely on quicker and shorter looks to alleviate pressure on the passer.<\/p>\n The Rams have the opposite problem. Injuries are stacking up among the receiving options, leaving Los Angeles to lean on its two-headed RB monster of Kyren Williams<\/a> and Blake Corum<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n That pairing, and an excellent effort from L.A.\u2019s offensive line, can dominate the ball and chew up clock. That exposes Denver\u2019s run-stop unit, which sits among the worst in the NFL after two weeks.<\/p>\n Enjoying Covers content? Los Angeles will lean on a dominant ground game with injuries at receiver, and Denver needs to keep plays quick and short to protect Nix from the L.A. pass rush.<\/p>\n Corum is getting more and more love from McVay, and while he hasn\u2019t received a red-zone carry, his snap share is about even with Williams. Given the Broncos’ issues stopping the run, Corum cracks the end zone on Sunday night.<\/p>\n Matthew Stafford<\/a> may not need to do much if L.A. can establish the run. He faces a stingy Denver secondary without a healthy group of receiving options, as his wide receivers and tight ends are battling injuries in Week 3. Despite that uptick, Corum has yet to see a red-zone carry.<\/p>\n That could change in Week 3. Williams remains the top option, but with RB3 Ronnie Rivers<\/a> (who\u2019s received two RZ carries) now on IR, the choices inside the 20-yard line are limited.<\/p>\n Corum scored six touchdowns in 2025, with five coming in the final six games of the schedule when his carries increased.
