The Titans have been horrendous. They\u2019re sitting at 0-3, and their record isn\u2019t lying. Sure, their defense has been solid, but boy has their offense been bad.<\/p>\n
The Ravens have to expose that offense. If they can\u2019t, there might be some excruciating problems on the horizon.<\/p>\n
Baltimore Ravens defense should easily rebound vs. Tennessee Titans offense<\/p>\n
Talent-wise, Ravens defense really shouldn\u2019t be underperforming the way it is. With Kyle Hamilton, Marlon Humphrey, and Nate Wiggins in the secondary, Roquan Smith and Trenton Simpson at linebacker, and a load of talent on the defensive line, this has the makings of a top unit in the NFL.<\/p>\n
And you can\u2019t blame the coaching anymore. They have an outstanding defensive-minded coach in Jesse Minter. Realistically, it should only be a matter of time before guys perfect the scheme and start firing on all cylinders. They\u2019re too good not to.<\/p>\n
If there\u2019s any time to turn that page, Week 4 is. They\u2019re facing a scuffling Titans offense that has shown no signs of life.<\/p>\n
Most of their offensive rankings<\/a> are flat-out abysmal.<\/p>\n STATISTIC<\/p>\n TOTAL<\/p>\n RANKING<\/p>\n Total yards per game<\/p>\n 249.3<\/p>\n 31st<\/p>\n Passing yards per game<\/p>\n 159.0<\/p>\n 30th<\/p>\n Rushing yards per game<\/p>\n 90.3<\/p>\n 29th<\/p>\n Pass-block win rate<\/p>\n 46%<\/p>\n 26th<\/p>\n Run-block win rate<\/p>\n 74%<\/p>\n 14th<\/p>\n It looks like the only thing they\u2019ve done moderately well is pave the way in the run game, but Tennessee\u2019s running back duo of Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears have yet to produce much.<\/p>\n For Baltimore, their defense is pretty much right smack in the middle against both the pass and run. Overall, the defensive performance hasn’t been disastrous, but when it rains, it pours. It\u2019s specifically been down the stretch<\/a> where they forget how to play football, missing tackles<\/a> and allowing opposing offenses to move the chains with ease.<\/p>\n The Titans, however, really don\u2019t have the playmakers to make the Ravens look silly like that. <\/p>\n Pollard is considered a slightly above-average back at best. Carnell Tate and Wan\u2019Dale Robinson are talented wide receivers, but the duo has yet to make much noise in 2026. Cam Ward is looking like a bust at quarterback. It\u2019s an offense that is simply floundering.<\/p>\n There\u2019s really no reason Baltimore\u2019s defense shouldn\u2019t look like a true threat in Week 4. It\u2019s a golden opportunity to build confidence and look like the Ravens defenses of old.<\/p>\n
