There are several water bottle refilling stations throughout the stadium but fans questioned how useful they were as bringing personal bottles to the game is not allowed.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Buffalo Bills are the only stadium that doesn\u2019t have access to water for every patron in the stadium,\u201d a fan told WGRZ-TV, per The Sun<\/a>. \u201cAnd I think it\u2019s legally questionable, I think it\u2019s morally wrong, and I think it\u2019s very dangerous for events like concerts.\u201d<\/p>\n The Bills have addressed the issue publicly, telling WGRZ-TV the issues comes up \u201cevery so often\u201d but largely when the team encounters hot weather games. <\/p>\n \u201cBut we have not changed the policy and feel that we provide fans with some good options while preserving our opportunities to sell water and beverages,\u201d the organization told the station. <\/p>\n On Sept. 30, the Highmark Stadium X <\/a>account posted a video showing how to utilize the water filling stations during a game. The person in the video goes to grab a plastic cup off of the counter at \u201cGuest Experience,\u201d fills it up and returns to their seat.<\/p>\n It was only met with criticism from fans.<\/p>\n \u201cThis and similar should be allowed in, empty, to be filled with water inside. I will die on this hill,\u201d a fan commented on X<\/a> with an image of a Yeti water bottle with a Bills logo on it.<\/p>\n \u201cCup from a dirty counter, touched by dirty hands\u2026at least have a cup dispenser,\u201d another posted<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWow. There\u2019s more condescension & mockery of the fans in this video than all the water in the bottles you\u2019ve blocked from entering the stadium,\u201d a third fan wrote<\/a>. \u201cWhomever made & approved this has no idea what it\u2019s like to be a visitor to the stadium. They work there \u2013 which is very different.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNot sure this is going to help the way you hope it does.
