Tennessee Athletics made a major ticketing announcement on Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

As relayed in an online press release<\/a>, Tennessee has sold out of its inventory of 2025 football season tickets. This marks the third straight year that Tennessee has sold out of season tickets before the season.<\/p>\n

Tennessee sold 70,500 season tickets, according to the press release.<\/p>\n

\u201cVol Nation continues to lead the way as the best fan base in all of sports,\u201d Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Danny White said in the release<\/a>. \u201cIn this era of college athletics, it is almost unheard of to sell out over 70,000 season tickets for three consecutive seasons. The Neyland Effect will be in full force on Rocky Top this fall!\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to the 2022-2023 football season. Tennessee set a goal of reaching 70,000 season tickets by the 2026 season. That goal was met quickly, considering that Tennessee has sold out of 70,500 season tickets in three straight seasons since 2023:<\/p>\n

According to UT\u2019s press release<\/a>, \u201cTennessee football produced a departmental record 97.8 percent season ticket renewal rate\u201d and has \u201ca current season ticket waiting list of 23,755 as of April 29.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tennessee\u2019s 2024 season saw all seven home games sold out at 101,915 for a combined attendance of 713,405 through the gates of Neyland Stadium last fall. The Vol Football attendance record helped Tennessee earn the All-Sports (FB, MBB, WBB) Attendance title<\/a> for a second consecutive year across the nation.<\/p>\n

Since the start of the 2022 season with VFL Hendon Hooker at the helm, Tennessee has gone an impressive 20-1 in Neyland Stadium with its only loss coming to No. 1 Georgia during the 2023 season.<\/p>\n
