With the 2025 offseason in full swing we are seeing a number of lists coming out.<\/p>\n

One that caught my eye today was PFF ranking the top 32 cornerbacks ahead of the 2025 season<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Arizona Cardinals<\/a> Garrett Williams made the list.<\/p>\n

After struggling in his rookie season and missing more than half the year, resulting in a 57.2 PFF coverage grade, Williams was excellent in 2024 with an 83.7 PFF coverage grade (fourth best) and the seventh-best PFF advanced coverage grade<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If he\u2019s able to replicate his sophomore campaign in which he allowed 0.68 yards and the second-fewest yards in coverage, Williams could jump into the top 10.<\/p>\n

I have seen some fans upset about the ranking, but I look at it as a good thing.<\/p>\n

Williams had one really, really good season, and is looked at already as a top half of the league cornerback.<\/p>\n

If he continues on this trend, he\u2019ll without a doubt move into not just the top 15, but maybe even top 10 in the league at one of the hardest positions to play.<\/p>\n
