The Seattle Seahawks waived reserve quarterback Jaren Hall<\/a> on Tuesday, along with linebacker Michael Dowell, center Michael Novitsky and outside linebacker Kenneth Odumegwu.<\/p>\n

How experts grade Seahawks\u2019 2025 draft class as a whole<\/a><\/p>\n

That leaves three quarterbacks on the Seahawks\u2019 roster: Sam Darnold, Drew Lock and third-round draft pick Jalen Milroe<\/a>. Seattle also traded backup QB Sam Howell to the Minnesota Vikings<\/a> on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Seattle\u2019s 90-man roster is now at 74 players after adding 11 players in the NFL Draft this past weekend. That gives the Seahawks room to sign up to 16 undrafted free agents.<\/p>\n

Hall spent most of last season on Seattle\u2019s practice squad. He earned a late-season promotion to the 53-man roster, but didn\u2019t appear in any games<\/p>\n

Hall, a former standout quarterback at BYU, was a fifth-round draft pick by the Vikings in 2023. He made two starts and appeared in three games for Minnesota in 2023, completing 13 of 20 passes for 168 yards, no touchdowns and one interception. He was waived by the Vikings in August 2024 before landing with the Seahawks.<\/p>\n

Seattle\u2019s reported UDFA signings<\/a> are: LSU cornerback Zy Alexander, Ole Miss, defensive end Jared Ivey, Ole Miss cornerback Isaiah Hamilton, UNLV linebacker Jackson Woodard, Arkansas wide receiver Tyrone Broden, Utah defensive end Connor O\u2019Toole, Villanova defensive back Isas Waxter, West Virginia defensive lineman TJ Jackson II, South Alabama defensive lineman Wy\u2019Kevious Thomas, Iowa State defensive lineman J.R. Singleton, Central Florida offensive tackle Amari Kight, Northwestern tight end Marshall Lang, Illinois linebacker Seth Coleman, Illinois State defensive lineman Jalan Gaines, Missouri State running back Jacardia Wright and Florida Atlantic center Federico Maranges.<\/p>\n
