fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-round picks can be upgraded if <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/who\/russell-wilson\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Russell Wilson<\/a> hits certain performance incentives.<\/p>\n<p>NFL fans are thrilled to see their teams get extra picks, and shared their thoughts on social media.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Steelers using these as ammo to move up for a QB next year,&#8221;
