The estranged wife of Baltimore Ravens lineman Ben Cleveland denied allegations of adultery raised in a divorce filing in February.<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn Terrell Cleveland called the accusations \u201cknowingly false\u201d in a response submitted to the court on Thursday, June 5, according to TMZ<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She \u201cvehemently\u201d denied the infidelity claims<\/a>, alleging they were made in \u201cbad faith.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her response, Kaitlyn said she hoped to resolve all \u201cmatters and controversies\u201d\u2019 surrounding their split. If she and Ben are not able to reach an agreement, however, Kaitlyn asked the judge to divide their assets and award her alimony.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ben filed for divorce in February and cited the reason as \u201cadultery.\u201d The official separation date was listed on or around December 29, 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The couple got married in July 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Days after Ben filed for divorce, Kaitlyn cryptically broke her silence<\/a> about the split with the help of country singer Kelsea Ballerini.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn posted lyrics to Ballerini\u2019s 2023 song \u201cInterlude (Full Length)\u201d via her Instagram Story, which is about Ballerini\u2019s own 2022 divorce from ex-husband Morgan Evans.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Cause people that I loved are just people that I knew once,\u201d the lyrics read. \u201cThe rumors goin\u2019 \u2018round, but the truth is kinda nuanced \/ I wanna set it straight, but my lawyers said I shouldn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn has since deleted her Instagram account.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ben\u2019s divorce filing came just 16 days after he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was pulled over in Milledgeville, Georgia, after he was allegedly observed weaving between lanes and swerving on the road, per an arrest report shared by the NFL.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Ben registered a .178 blood alcohol content \u2014 more than double the legal limit.<\/p>\n

Ben was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane, admitting to officers he had consumed three to four beers at a country club but had not had any alcohol within the last two hours.<\/p>\n

He was released on $1,000 bond.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The NFL player re-signed with the Ravens in March, just weeks after his DUI arrest, on a one-year contract worth $1.17 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In another since-deleted Instagram post from June 2020, Ben said he and Kaitlyn were taking their time with getting their nuptials in order.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo years and then some until you\u2019re actually my wife,\u201d he wrote. \u201cNot sure, we haven\u2019t really started wedding planning yet and we\u2019ve been engaged 6 months so that\u2019s on her.
